We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed (excluding preorders). Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on what the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

 

Shipping fees

We offer free shipping within the USA for orders of $69.99 and above. Orders below $69.99 shipping within the USA will incur a flat shipping rate of $10.

Delivery times can vary depending on your region, the below table summarizes estimates for popular destinations.

Replacement units are shipped with the lowest service level from each warehouse.
