A leading pharmaceutical company in the UK recently relocated its global headquarters to central London, creating a flagship environment for its leadership, research and commercial operations.
The new building incorporates an extensive range of technologies and has achieved a BREEAM Outstanding sustainability rating. ArtMorph’s sustainable design approach aligns naturally with the building’s environmental ambitions.
Located on the eighth floor, the building’s event space hosts seminars, conferences and a variety of other events. ArtMorph was introduced within the elevator lobby and surrounding entrance areas to enhance the visitor arrival experience while supporting the venue’s changing communication requirements.
Design Concept and Texture Selection
ArtMorph is integrated into the walls surrounding the structural openings in the eighth-floor elevator lobby and continues across the overdoor areas, creating a visually connected, display-capable architectural surface.
Different finishes were selected to complement the surrounding interior. The elevator lobby features a Plaster texture that aligns with the architectural wall finish, while the overdoor installations use a Brown solid-color finish suited to their immediate surroundings.
From the moment visitors step out of the elevators on the eighth floor, ArtMorph creates an engaging arrival experience while supporting corporate branding, wayfinding and event-related communication. Agendas, QR codes, access instructions and event countdowns can all be displayed and updated according to the venue schedule.
The installation consists of 40 ArtMorph Elite panels, 30 ArtMorph Elite Mini panels and 10 ArtMorph Elite Edge panels, covering a total area of 12.625 m².
ArtMorph Elite forms the main wall surfaces, while ArtMorph Elite Mini completes the narrower sections along the top and sides. ArtMorph Elite Edge forms the 90-degree transitions, allowing active digital content to continue around the wall corners.
